Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of clients do you work with?
I partner with independent businesses, nonprofits, and hospitality brands that value clarity, depth, and a little edge. If you're building something with intention — and need a brand to match — we’ll probably get along.
Do you offer full brand identity packages?
Yes — that’s my core offering. I build thoughtful, strategic identity systems that include visual design, messaging, and brand voice. Whether you’re launching something new or reimagining an existing brand, we’ll create a cohesive foundation you can actually use.
Do you take on smaller projects too?
I do. Not every project requires a full rebrand. I offer audits, messaging refinement, creative direction, and Brand Intensives — a focused two-week sprint designed to help you get clarity and traction without the overwhelm.
What’s a Brand Intensive?
It’s a quick-turn, collaborative process where we define (or refine) your brand’s voice, look, and direction. Ideal for businesses in transition — growing, shifting, or finally getting serious — who need clarity fast and want to build from something solid.
How do I know if it’s time to rebrand?
If your brand no longer reflects who you are or what you offer, if it’s attracting the wrong audience, or if you're constantly tweaking things without a clear direction — it's probably time. A rebrand isn’t about starting over. It’s about realignment.
Do you do websites too?
Yes — but typically as part of a larger brand or messaging project. I design lightweight-to-medium websites in Squarespace. For larger or custom builds, I partner with trusted developers. Either way, design and language are treated as a single system.
Do you offer retainers or ongoing support?
Yes, for clients I’ve already worked with on foundational brand work. Retainers can include design, content, strategy, or creative direction — whatever’s needed to keep your brand sharp and supported as you grow.
What’s your pricing like?
It depends on the scope of the work. Brand Intensives are a lower-investment entry point, while full identity systems and long-term projects are priced accordingly. I’m happy to talk through your goals and build a scope that makes sense.
What’s the first step?
Reach out through the contact form or email — I’ll follow up with a few questions or offer to book a short call. From there, we figure out what you need — and whether I’m the right person to help.
